What’s our 3 day or 25% restocking fee return policy?

If you are not completely satisfied with any of standard Preserved Interiors products (NOT INCLUDING CUSTOM MADE TREES OR PLANTS) , we  will refund you the price of the product  minus the shipping costs to and from our facilities to your shipping address.

There is a 3 day window  . The product that is to be returned must be shipped back to the return address within a 3 day period starting from the time you receive the product. For product  that is to be returned after the 3 day trial period, Preserved Interiors will refund you the price of the product  minus the shipping costs to and from our facilities to your shipping address plus a 25% restocking fee. 

CUSTOM MADE SPECIAL ORDER ITEMS:  On average 2 to 4 weeks (from date order is placed) is required on all custom order items. Once custom item is placed, NO REFUNDS, RETURNS OR CREDIT WILL BE ACCEPTED. NO EXCEPTIONS.
